The CCIM people and CIPS (certified international property specialist) have recently changed over from the HP12c to the 10B and you need the 10B now to complete the class work. The good news is that the 10B is only $40 at http://www.buy.com which is less than 1/2 the price of the 12C. I really struggled in the financials class trying to use my trusty 12c, so those Realtors that are considering buying one for Xmas might want to keep this
change in mind.
